ORDER ACCEPTING REPORT & RECOMMENDATION DENYING SECOND MOTION TO SUPPRESS

Defendant Omar Qazi filed an objection to Magistrate Judge Ferenbach's denial of his motion to substitute standby counsel. ECF No. 260.
