Stipulation of Dismissal of Equifax Information Services LLC

Pursuant to Rule 41(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Plaintiff Tiffany L. Ashraf ("Plaintiff") and Defendant Equifax Information Services LLC ("Defendant") stipulate to dismiss with prejudice Plaintiff's claims against Defendant only in this matter. Each party will bear its own costs, disbursements, and attorney fees.

ORDER

The court construes this stipulationITto dismiss plaintiff's claims against DefendantIS SO ORDERED. Equifax Information Services LLC [ECF 28] as a joint motion under Local Rule 7-1(c) because it was signed by fewer than all remaining parties in this case. Good cause appearing, it is HEREBY ORDERED that the joint motion [ECF 28] is GRANTED, and all claims AGAINST EQUIFAX ARE DISMISSED, each party to bear its own fees and costs.
