JOINT STIPULATION AND PROPOSED ORDER TO DISMISS PETITION TO ENFORCE ADMINISTRATIVE SUBPOENA ISSUED BY THE UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT AND TO VACATE HEARING

WHEREFORE, on September 1, 2017, the United States filed this action, styled as a Petition to enforce an administrative subpoena issued by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) (ECF No. 1);

WHEREFORE, a hearing on the United States' Petition was scheduled for October 10, 2017;

WHEREFORE, the parties, appearing before this Court on the above hearing date, requested that the Court continue this hearing until January 16, 2018, in order to facilitate settlement of this action;

WHEREFORE, the Court granted this request (ECF No. 18);

WHEREFORE, it now appears that Respondents have complied with the HUD administrative subpoena and that no further action is warranted; and

WHEREFORE, the parties hereby stipulate that this action should be dismissed with prejudice and the January 16, 2018 hearing should be vacated;

ACCORDINGLY, the parties respectfully request that the Court issue an order dismissing this action with prejudice and vacating the January 16, 2018 hearing.
