LLP hereby stipulate and agree that JAM ES MILLER and COLON IAL FREIGHT SYSTEMS will dismiss any and all claims against HUDSON INSURA NCE COM PANY arising from the August 3, 2013 motor vehicle accident that is the subject of this litigation with prejudice.
It is further stipulated that HUDSON INSURANCE COMPANY will dismiss any and all claims against JAMES MILLER and COLON IAL FREIGHT SYSTEMS arising from the August 3, 2013 motor vehicle accident that is the subject of this litigation with prejudice.
It is fu rther stipulated that each party will bear its own attorney fees and costs.
