STIPULATION WITHDRAWING DEFENDANTS' EMERGENCY MOTION FOR IMMEDIATE RELIEF FROM SECTION III OF THE TEMPORARY RESTRAINING ORDER FOR RELEASE OF FUNDS TO PURCHASE FOOD AND BASIC LIVING EXPENSES

This matter comes before the Court upon the stipulation of all the parties, including plaintiff Federal Trade Commission ("FTC"), and defendants AWS, LLC, FBA Distributors, LLC, FBA Stores, LLC, Info Pros, LLC, Online Auction Learning Center, Inc. (Mass. Corp.), Online Auction Learning Center, Inc. (Nev. Corp.), Christopher F. Bowser, Adam S. Bowser, and Jody Marshall (collectively "Defendants"), withdrawing, without prejudice, Defendants' Emergency Motion for Immediate Relief from Section III of the Temporary Restraining Order for Release of Funds to Purchase Food and Basic Living Expenses [ECF No. 44]. The FTC and Defendants, each of which is represented by counsel for purposes of this stipulation, HEREBY STIPULATE TO THE FOLLOWING:

1. Defendants' Emergency Motion for Immediate Relief from Section III of the Temporary Restraining Order for Release of Funds to Purchase Food and Basic Living Expenses [ECF No. 44] ("Emergency Motion) is withdrawn without prejudice to allow Defendants to explain why Defendant Jody Marshall has not used funds in unfrozen accounts to pay for living expenses.

2. Defendants may re-file their Emergency Motion after participation in the meet-and-confer process to attempt to resolve the dispute in accordance with LR 7-4.
