STIPULATION TO CONTINUE REVOCATION HEARING

GLORIA M. NAVARRO, District Judge.
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Dayle Elieson, United States Attorney, and Phillip N. Smith, Jr., Assistant United States Attorney, counsel for the United States of America, and Rene L. Valladares, Federal Public Defender, and Brian Pugh, Assistant Federal Public Defender, counsel for Jacob Forrest, that the Revocation Hearing currently scheduled on July 18, 2018, be vacated and continued to a date and time convenient to the Court, but no sooner than twenty-one (21) days.
This Stipulation is entered into for the following reasons:
1. Counsel for the defendant needs additional time to investigate this matter.
2. The defendant is in custody and agrees with the need for the continuance.
3. The parties agree to the continuance.
This is the first request for a continuance of the revocation hearing.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the revocation hearing currently scheduled for Wednesday, July 19, 2018 at 1:30 p.m., be vacated and continued to August 14, 2018, at the hour of 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 7D before Chief Judge Gloria M. Navarro.
