STIPULATION TO CONTINUE SENTENCING HEARING
(Second Request)
RICHARD F. BOULWARE, II, District Judge.
IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED, by and between Dayle Elieson, United States Attorney, and Robert Knief, Assistant United States Attorney, counsel for the United States of America, and Rene L. Valladares, Federal Public Defender, and Heidi A. Ojeda, Assistant Federal Public Defender, counsel for Julio Cesar Carranza Ibarra, that the Sentencing Hearing currently scheduled on August 21, 2018 at the hour of 4:00 p.m., be vacated and continued to a date and time convenient to the Court, but no sooner than fourteen (14) days.
This Stipulation is entered into for the following reasons:
1. Counsel for the defense received the letters of support and documentation from the client's family in Mexico, but additional time is needed in order to translate all of the information.
2. The defendant is in custody and agrees with the need for the continuance.
3. The parties agree to the continuance.
This is the second request for a continuance of the sentencing hearing.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the sentencing hearing currently scheduled for Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. be vacated and continued to September 11, 2018 at the hour of 2:00 p.m.
