Plaintiff George Arthur, pro se, and Defendants Brian Williams, Joseph Faliszek, and William Kuloloia, by and through counsel, Adam Paul Laxalt, Nevada Attorney General, and Matthew Feeley, Deputy Attorney General, hereby stipulate and agree to dismiss the above-captioned matter with prejudice.
