STIPULATION TO EXTEND TIME TO FILE MOTION FOR REMAND/REVERSAL
CARL W. HOFFMAN, Magistrate Judge.
Plaintiff Amanda K. Johnson and Defendant Nancy A. Berryhill, Acting Commissioner of Social Security, through their undersigned attorneys, stipulate, subject to this court's approval, to extend the time from September 7, 2018 to November 16, 2018 for Plaintiff to file a Motion for Remand/Reversal, with all other dates in the Court's Order Concerning Review of Social Security Cases extended accordingly. This request is made at the request of Plaintiff's counsel due to an abnormally heavy motion caseload and hearing travel schedule in the upcoming weeks. Counsel has taken internal measures to decrease its caseload to ensure this type of request is not needed in the future. Plaintiff request additional time to fully research the issues presented.
Counsel sincerely apologizes to the court and its staff for any inconvenience this may have had.
IT IS SO ORDERED.
