STIPULATION AND ORDER TO EXTEND TIME FOR DEFENANT TO FILE RESPONSIVE PLEADING
GEORGE FOLEY, JR., Magistrate Judge.
Pursuant to Local Rules 6-1 and 7-1, Plaintiff Kelly Adair Garrett ("Plaintiff"), representing herself in pro per, and Defendant Marvin Spam, MD ("Defendant"), by and through his counsel of record, do hereby stipulate and agree to an extension of thirty (30) days to the deadline for Defendant to file a responsive pleading to Plaintiffs Complaint. Defendant's first responsive pleading, is currently due on August 15, 2018 and the parties agree to an extension up to and including Thursday, September 14, 2018.
This Stipulation is made in good faith and not for purposes of delay. The parties are currently engaged ill earnest negotiations to resolve the matter and avoid motion practice, which is the basis for the extension requested by Defendant to file his responsive pleading.
