ORDER ACCEPTING MAGISTRATE JUDGE'S FINDINGS & RECOMMENDATION ON MOTION TO DISMISS

Defendant Aurora Beltran moved to dismiss the charges against her. ECF No. 78. Magistrate Judge Foley entered his Findings & Recommendation recommending that the motion be denied. ECF No. 96.
