The parties, by and through their respective undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and respectfully request the Court to grant an extension of time to February 22, 2019 for Defendants to file their reply to Plaintiff's Opposition to the Motion to Dismiss. Counsel for Defendants, Douglas R. Rands, Esq., recently left Defendants' counsel's law firm effective February 1, 2019 to take a position with the Nevada Attorney General's office. Defense counsel who has assumed the handling of this matter seeks additional time to review the file and become fully informed to file a Reply on Defendants' behalf.
