Defendant ANTHONY & SYLVAN POOLS CORPORATION ("Defendant"), and Plaintiff BRETT WAGGONER ("Plaintiff"), by and through their undersigned counsel, hereby stipulate and agree to the dismissal of this action in its entirety, with prejudice, with each party to bear its own costs and attorney's fees.
