Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Jennifer M. Waldo, Esq., is appointed as counsel for Alejandro Alex Incera in place of Robert Draskovich, Esq., for all future proceedings. Mr. Draskovich's office shall forward the file to Ms. Waldo's office forthwith.
