ORDER

ROANNE L. MANN, Magistrate Judge.

In light of defendants' failure to comply with Local Civil Rule 56.2 when serving and filing their motion for summary judgment, this Court provided pro se plaintiff Ovidiu Marcel Deac, on June 6, 2014, with the notice required by that rule. See Order (June 6, 2014) ("6/6/14 Order"), Electronic Case Filing Docket Entry ("DE") #69; Defendants' Letter (June 10, 2014), DE #70. Additionally, this Court directed plaintiff to file a new response to defendants' summary judgment motion by June 30, 2014. See 6/6/14 Order at 2; Order (June 11, 2014) ("6/11/14 Order"), DE #71. The Court explicitly directed plaintiff to comply with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 56 and Local Civil Rule 56.1 in preparing his response. See 6/11/14 Order.

On June 13, 2014, this Court received a document from plaintiff titled "Plaintiff's Response to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment." See Plaintiff's Response to Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment (June 13, 2014), DE #72. Plaintiff is hereby cautioned that this submission does not satisfy his obligations under Federal Rule 56, Local Rule 56.1, or this Court's orders. The Court once again directs plaintiff to respond to defendants' motion for summary judgment, by June 30, 2014, in a form complying with the aforementioned rules and orders.

SO ORDERED.
