SCHEDULING ORDER

This action was previously tried before the Honorable Jack B. Weinstein, who entered judgment in defendants' favor on all counts. Mem., Order & J., Sept. 30, 2014, ECF No. 203. On appeal, the Second Circuit affirmed in part, vacated in part and remanded for further proceedings with respect to the remaining claims for failure to intervene and unlawful entry. Figueroa v. Mazza, 825 F.3d 89, 94 (2d Cir. 2016). The case was subsequently reassigned to me. Order, Aug. 8, 2016, ECF No. 229. Settlement discussions before the Honorable Cheryl L. Pollak were unsuccessful. Minute Entry, Sept. 21, 2016, ECF No. 231. Therefore, the following deadlines are set in preparation for trial on the remaining claims.

By January 9, 2017, the parties shall submit a joint pretrial order pursuant to chambers rules, except as otherwise provided in this order. As provided in chambers rules, this joint submission shall include two courtesy copies of all exhibits, joint proposed jury instructions, and deposition designations. To the extent that the parties wish to object to the testimony or any portion of the testimony of any witness, the admissibility of any exhibit or deposition designation, or any other matter to be raised in limine, such motions shall be filed according to the following schedule: motions shall be filed on January 23, 2017; responses shall be filed on February 6, 2017, and replies, if any, on February 13, 2017. After these papers are submitted, the court will set a date for a final pretrial conference and trial.
