ORDER
KIMBA M. WOOD, District Judge.
The Court has reviewed the March 24, 2017 Interim Report and Recommendation by Special Master John S. Siffert recommending granting in part and denying in part Plaintiffs' motion for interim attorneys' fees ("Report"). That Report recommends an award for Plaintiffs' interim attorneys' fees and costs associated with their work in this case from November 2014 through September 2016 in the total amount of $4,400,421.34. The Report reviews the complex issues addressed by counsel during the above-mentioned time period, and the reasonableness of the allocation of work among counsel. The Special Master also undertook a meticulous review of attorneys' time sheets.
The Court notes that neither party has any objection to the findings and recommendations of the Report.
The Court hereby adopts all of the findings and recommendations of the Report, including the recommendation not to award fees related to litigation of the ALST.
The Court awards Plaintiffs a total of $4,400,421.34 in attorneys' fees for the period of November 2014 through September 2016.
The award shall be paid no later than April 28, 2017.
SO ORDERED.
