[PROPOSED] ORDER TO FILE DOCUMENTS UNDER SEAL

Petitioners having applied to the Court for an order to file certain documents under seal pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2(d), and having established good cause for the relief requested, it is hereby:

ORDERED that for the reasons set forth in Petitioners' letter-brief dated November 18, 2019 and the declaration dated November 18, 2019 of Petitioners' counsel, Steven B. Feigenbaum, in support of Petitioners' sealing application, the application is hereby granted; and it is further

ORDERED that (i) Petitioners' letter-brief and declaration in support of this application, (ii) Petitioners' simultaneous petition, and all papers in support thereof, for an ex parte order of attachment of certain artworks and other assets of Respondents believed to be held at Christie's New York, (iii) this sealing order, and (iv) any eventual order of attachment shall be filed and kept under seal until such time as Petitioners have filed an affidavit of service confirming that service of an order of attachment on Christie's New York has been effected, and the attachment of the artworks and other assets has thereby become effective.
