SEALED ORDER
SARAH NETBURN, Magistrate Judge.
WHEREAS, an application has been made by the United States of America, with the consent of the defendant, for the sealing of (a) the information S4 15 Cr. 410 (LAK) (the "S4 Information"), the plea proceedings for defendant Michael Adams on February 27, 2017, and all other filings related to that plea;. and (b) all related docket entries, including notifications of docket entries over the ECF system; and
WHEREAS, the Court finds that the safety of the defendant and others may be placed at risk if the Government's application is not granted;
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the S4 Information, the plea proceedings for defendant Michael Adams on February 27, 2017, all other filings related to that plea, all related docket entries, this Order, and the Government's application for this Order, shall be sealed and, if applicable, retracted and withdrawn from the ECF system; and
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the S4 Information and related docket entries (but not the February 27, 2017 plea transcript) shall be unsealed one week prior to the defendant's sentencing date;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that counsel for the defendant and the Government may be provided a copy of the transcript of the 27, 2017 plea proceeding without further Order of the Court;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that documents in this case may be temporarily unsealed for court administrative purposes.
