ORDER

For the reasons discussed on the record at today's telephonic conference, it is hereby ORDERED that:

1. Written Discovery. No later than the close of business today, defendant shall re-serve its written discovery demands on plaintiff by email and file proof of such service on ECF. Plaintiff shall respond in writing and produce all non-privileged responsive documents, in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 33 and 34, no later than March 13, 2020. 2. Status Conference. Judge Moses will conduct a status conference on April 9, 2020, at 11:00 a.m., in Courtroom 20A. One week prior to that date, on April 2, 2020, the parties shall submit a joint status letter outlining the progress of discovery to date, as well as any settlement efforts. If no discovery controversies exist at that time, the parties may request that the conference be held telephonically. 3. Close of Discovery. The close of all discovery remains May 28, 2020.

Plaintiff is reminded that the NYLAG Legal Clinic for Pro Se Litigants, located at the Thurgood Marshal United States Courthouse, 40 Foley Square, Room LL22, may be able to assist him with any questions he has about his discovery obligations.
