ORDER

WHEREAS, a pre-motion conference was held on March 5, 2020. As discussed at conference, it is hereby

ORDERED that Plaintiff shall file her letter motion seeking to certify a question to the United States Copyright Office by March 11, 2020. Defendants shall file any letter in response by March 18, 2020. It is further

ORDERED that Defendants shall file any motion for summary judgment, not to exceed twenty-five (25) pages, by March 20, 2020.

Plaintiff shall file her opposition and cross-motion for summary judgment, not to exceed forty (40) pages, by April 10, 2020. If Defendants rely on their expert Bernard Kahn's report in their motion, Plaintiff shall include in her motion any Daubert motion. If Defendants do not so rely, Plaintiff shall hold any Daubert motions in abeyance pending resolution of the cross-motions.

Defendants shall file their reply and opposition to Plaintiff's cross-motion for summary judgment, not to exceed twenty-five (25) pages, by May 1, 2020.

Plaintiff shall file her reply in support of its cross-motion, not to exceed ten (10) pages, by May 15, 2020. It is further

ORDERED that, notwithstanding the aforementioned page allocation, the parties may reallocate the page numbers as they deem appropriate, so long as no party exceeds fifty (50) pages of briefing in total; it is further

ORDERED that Plaintiff, the last party to file, shall provide courtesy copies of all briefs to the Court in accordance with the Court's Individual Rule III.B.5; it is further

ORDERED that the parties shall otherwise comply with the Court's Individual Rules in filing their motions and supporting papers.
