AGREED ORDER EXTENDING DATE OF DOCUMENT PRODUCTION AND RULE 2004 EXAMINATION

Daniel M. McDermott, the United States Trustee for Region 9, (the "UST") and American Home Mortgage Servicing, Inc. ("AHMSI") hereby consent to the following, subject to Court approval:

IT IS ORDERED that AHMSI is granted an extension of fourteen (14) days, or until February 2, 2011, by five o'clock (5:00) PM EST, to produce all the documents requested by the UST in the Exhibit A accompanying the subpoena duces tecum that was served on AHMSI on December 30, 2010; and it is. . .

FURTHER ORDERED that the Examination pursuant to Fed. R. Bankr. P. 2004 scheduled for February 3, 2011 shall be postponed to February 15, 2011 at ten o'clock (10:00) AM EST at the Office of the United States Trustee, Howard M. Metzenbaum U.S. Courthouse, 201 Superior Avenue E., Suite 441, Cleveland Ohio; and it is. . .

FURTHER ORDERED that nothing in this order shall prejudice any other rights of the UST or AHMSI, including but not limited to AHMSI's right to timely move to quash the subpoena on grounds provided by law on or before February 2, 2011.
