MICHAEL J. NEWMAN, Magistrate Judge.

The Notice of Appearance and Substitution of Counsel (doc. 10) filed by counsel for Defendant Unison Industries, LLC does not comply with S.D. Ohio Local Rule 83.4(c), and is DENIED WITHOUT PREJUDICE to be re-filed within TEN DAYS.

The Notice of Appearance (doc. 11) is likewise deficient under the Local Rules because Attorney Caroline Koehler fails to note whether she or Attorney Kasey Bond will be the Trial Attorney in this case. The Notice of Appearance is therefore STRICKEN. The revised Notice of Appearance or Notice of Substitution of Counsel shall state who appears as the Trial Attorney.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
