ALGENON L. MARBLEY, District Judge.
This matter is before the Court on Defendant James E. Dierker's Motion for the Release of Property Surrendered as a Condition of Pre-Trial Release. (Doc. 1283). Defendant requests that the Court issue an order authorizing the release of Defendant's expired United States Passport, number 087918652, currently in the possession of the United States District Court Clerk for the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division. Defendant has satisfied the conditions of his post-conviction compliance with the conditions of his supervised release. The Government does not oppose the release of property.
For the foregoing reasons, Defendant's James E. Dierker's Motion for the Release of Property Surrendered as a Condition of Pre-Trial Release is GRANTED. The Court hereby authorizes the release of the passport from the possession of the United States District Court Clerk for the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division.
