ORDER

ELIZABETH A. PRESTON DEAVERS, Magistrate Judge.

Plaintiff, Janet Henderson, brings this action under 42 U.S.C. §§ 405(g) and 1383(c)(3) for review of a final decision of the Commissioner of Social Security ("Commissioner") denying her application for Social Security Disability Insurance Benefits and Supplemental Security Income.

In accordance with the Magistrate Judges' General Order Concerning Social Security Appeals (S.D. Ohio E.D. January 31, 2003), the Commissioner shall file and serve an Answer and certified copy of the administrative record within sixty (60) days after service of the summons and Complaint. Plaintiff must file a Statement of Errors within thirty (30) days after the Answer and transcript are filed. The Commissioner must file and serve a Memorandum in Opposition to Plaintiff's Statement of Errors within thirty (30) days after service of the Statement of Errors. Plaintiff's Reply, if any, must be filed fifteen (15) days later.

If all parties consent under 28 U.S.C. § 636(c) to disposition of this case by the Magistrate Judge, the parties should execute and file the attached Notice and Consent form within thirty (30) days after the administrative record is filed.
