ORDER

MARK R. ABEL, Magistrate Judge.

Defendants' unopposed1 request to continue the default-judgment hearing against defendant Mattress By Appointment, LLC, as the parties discussed during the telephonic conference with the Magistrate Judge on August 11, 2014, is GRANTED. The hearing on the motion for default judgment is CONTINUED until further order of the court.

FootNotes

1. On August 15, 2014, plaintiff RSS filed a notice (doc. 97) that it has reached an oral agreement with Edwin Shoffner, currently a minority member of defendant Mattress By Appointment, LLC, under which he would purchase a 100% membership interest in Mattress By Appointment through the bankruptcy estate of Darren Conrad. Once RSS receives written documentation confirming this agreement, it will move to stay this litigation until the closing on Shoffner's purchase (which is expected to take 30-60 days).
