Summary: ORDER GREGORY L. FROST, District Judge. In light of the adoption of the new execution protocol and the forthcoming issuance of one or more reprieves, the Court VACATES its December 23, 2014 scheduling order. (ECF No. 507.) The parties shall confer and propose to the Court discovery deadlines, pleading deadlines, and a date by which this case shall be ready for a final pretrial conference date. This Court will issue a new case schedule as soon as circumstances permit. IT IS SO ORDERED.
