ORDER

On June 5, 2018, United States Magistrate Judge Bernard M. Jones issued a Report and Recommendation in this action brought pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging violations of plaintiff's civil rights resulting from overcrowded conditions in the Oklahoma prison system. The Magistrate Judge recommended that plaintiff's motion for summary judgment against defendant Robert Doke be denied and that defendants Robert Doke and Terry Cline's motion for summary judgment be granted. The parties were advised of their right to object to the Report and Recommendation by June 26, 2018. Plaintiff received an extension of time to file his objection and filed his objection on July 13, 2018.

Having carefully reviewed this matter de novo, the Court:

(1) ADOPTS the Report and Recommendation [docket no. 106] issued by the Magistrate Judge on June 5, 2018; (2) DENIES plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment against Defendant Doke [docket no. 71]; (3) GRANTS defendants Doke and Cline's motion for summary judgment [docket no. 57], and (4) ORDERS that judgment issue forthwith in favor of defendants Robert Doke and Terry Cline and against plaintiff.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
