• Defendant Lebo's motion to dismiss (Doc. No. 31) as to Counts IV-VI (state law claims) is GRANTED.
• Defendant Siana's motion to dismiss (Doc. No. 32) as to Counts I and II (Section 1983 claims) is GRANTED.
