AND NOW this 21st day of December, 2018, upon careful consideration of the parties' submissions, it is ORDERED that:
1. Plaintiff's Request for Review is GRANTED.
2. The final decision of the Commissioner is REVERSED, and the matter is REMANDED to the Commissioner for an immediate award of benefits to Plaintiff, Jonathan Angelo Trotta, consistent with the accompanying Memorandum Opinion. The calculation and payment of benefits will take place within sixty (60) days of the date of this Order.
