AND NOW, this 14th day of May, 2019, upon consideration of the Stipulation (Doc. 18), it is hereby ORDERED that Plaintiff, Rebecca A. Faith, shall be awarded Four Thousand Three Hundred Twenty-Nine dollars and 69/100 cents ($4,329.69) in attorney fees under the Equal Access to Justice Act ("EAJA"), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d).
Full or partial remittance of the awarded attorney fees will be contingent upon a determination by the Government that Plaintiff owes no qualifying, preexisting debt(s) to the Government. If such a debt(s) exists, the Government will reduce the awarded attorney fees in this Order to the extent necessary to satisfy such debt(s).
