The court has considered Relators' petition for writ of mandamus and is of the opinion that Relators are not entitled to the relief sought. Accordingly, the petition for writ of mandamus is denied and the stay imposed by this court's order of June 21, 2016 is lifted. See TEX. R. APP. P. 52.8(a); 52.10.

On June 10, 2016, Relators filed an amended petition for writ of mandamus. On June 17, 2016, Relators filed a motion to stay discovery.
