ORDER TO FILE APELLANTS' BRIEF
PER CURIAM.
This cause is before the Court on appellants' first motion for extension of time to file the brief. Appellants' brief was due to be filed on March 27, 2017. Appellants are requesting until July 25, 2017 to file the appellate brief in this cause.
The Court, having fully examined and considered appellants' motion for extension of time to file the brief, is of the opinion that, in the interest of justice, appellants' motion for extension of time to file the brief should be granted with order.
The Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART appellants' motion for extension of time. This motion is GRANTED insofar as the Court will extend appellants' deadline to file his brief until June 26, 2017. This motion is DENIED insofar as the Court will not allow an extension until July 25, 2017. Appellants' motion for extension of time to file the brief is hereby granted, and the Honorable Christopher Gabel, counsel for appellants, is hereby ORDERED to file the appellate brief with this Court on or before June 26, 2017. Further motions for extension of time will not be favorably entertained by the Court.
