ORDER

Appellants' brief is due on April 19, 2017. One week before the brief's due date, the parties filed a joint motion to abate this appeal for ninety days. The motion indicates the chief appellate counsel for Appellants will be taking maternity leave sooner than expected, and the parties are willing to discuss whether their underlying dispute can be settled.

The joint motion to abate this appeal is GRANTED. We ABATE this appeal until July 18, 2017. We ORDER Appellants to file in this court not later than July 18, 2017, (1) a motion to dismiss the appeal or (2) a motion to reinstate the appeal on the court's docket so the appeal may proceed.

If the parties fail to settle, Appellants' brief will be due on August 17, 2017.

All other appellate deadlines are SUSPENDED pending further order of this court. Appellants' agreed motion for extension of time to file Appellants' brief is MOOT.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 18th day of April, 2017.
