Before the Court are relator's May 15, 2017 petition for writ of mandamus, petition for writ of prohibition, and request for emergency relief. We GRANT relator's request for emergency relief and STAY all proceedings in the trial court in cause numbers 416-81913-2015, 416-82148-2015, and 416-82149-2015 pending resolution of this original proceeding. This stay shall remain in effect until further order of this Court.
The Court requests that real parties in interest and respondent file their responses, if any, to the petition for writ of mandamus and petition for writ of prohibition no later than May 23, 2017. The Court also requests that relator file his response, if any, to Brian W.
