On August 17, 2017, a supplemental clerk's record containing Judge Lowy's findings was filed.
Accordingly, the parties may file amended briefs if they so choose. We ORDER appellant's amended brief due no later than THIRTY DAYS from the date of this order and appellees' amended brief due no later than THIRTY DAYS from the date appellant's amended brief is filed. If amended briefs are not filed within the time periods provided, this appeal will proceed on the briefs already filed.
