Appellants Alvin M. Burns and I.M. Burns have filed a "Motion Seeking Order to File a Sealed Reporter's Record and to Maintain Sealed Appellate Briefs." No party has filed a response opposing the motion. The Court has considered the motion and it is GRANTED as set forth below.

It is ORDERED that the sealed portion of the reporter's record containing the in camera hearing on a motion to disqualify counsel which was heard on June 20, 2013 must be filed under seal in this court within ten (10) days from the date of this order. If a party requires access to the sealed record in order to prepare its brief, it must request access through a motion filed with this court.

It is FURTHER ORDERED that, in addition to their briefs on the main issues and cross-issues on appeal, the parties shall file separate briefs addressing the disqualification issue. The briefs addressing the disqualification issue must be filed (1) in paper form only, with (2) a cover letter informing the Clerk of this court that the brief references the sealed reporter's record. See TEX. R. APP. P. 9.2(c)(3). The current due date for briefing is January 19, 2018.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of the said court on this 20th day of December, 2017.
