ORDER

On December 29, 2017, we issued an order granting Relators' Emergency Motion for Temporary Relief and staying the due date for Relators' responses to discovery until Monday, January 22, 2018. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.10(b). Our order also requested that Real Parties in Interest file a response to Relators' petition for writ of mandamus on or before Monday, January 8, 2018. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.8(b)(1).

Today, Real Parties in Interest filed a motion requesting a two-week extension of time to file their response to Relators' petition for writ of mandamus. Relators filed a response to that motion, stating that they are unopposed to the requested extension so long as all discovery in the underlying case is stayed for an additional two weeks.

We grant the motion for extension of time, allowing Real Parties in Interest to file their response to Relators' mandamus petition by Monday, January 22, 2018. All discovery in the underlying case, cause number D-1-GN-17-002572, John Koren, et al. v. Ocampo Partners, Ltd., et al., in the 126th District Court of Travis County, is stayed until Monday, February 5, 2018.

It is ordered.
