ORDER
PER CURIAM.
On March 2, 2017, this court dismissed the petition for writ of mandamus filed by Michelin North America, Inc. as moot after the trial court vacated the order that was the subject of the mandamus proceeding. Real parties in interest Robert Coleman, Individually, and Kimberly Coleman, as Next Friend of B.M.C. and C.B.C., Minors (the "Colemans"), have filed a motion to withdraw confidential documents from record in this original proceeding. We GRANT the motion.
Accordingly, we ORDER the Clerk of the Fourteenth Court of Appeals, within ten days of the date of this order, to permanently delete and withdraw the following from the court's electronic records: (1) the documents behind Tabs 1, 3, and 4 to the Colemans' motion to dismiss and to lift the stay filed on September 29, 2016 and the Colemans' motion to dismiss and lift the stay filed on January 17, 2017; (2) the documents contained in "Appendix Volume 4" to the Colemans' response to the petition filed on January 19, 2017; and (3) and the documents contained in Exhibit A to the Colemans' reply to Michelin's suggestion that the Colemans violated the trial court's protective order and this court's mediation filed on February 2, 2017.
