ORDER ACCEPTING FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND RECOMMENDATION OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE

The United States Magistrate Judge made findings, conclusions, and a recommendation in this case. No objections were filed, and the Magistrate's recommendation is ripe for review. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the Ad Litem's Motion to Dismiss (ECF No. 41) is DENIED as moot. It is further ORDERED that Plaintiff must perfect service by publication on the Unknown Heirs of Kimberly S. Deane within 90 days of the issuance of this Order.
