AMENDED ORDER FOR DISBURSEMENT OF FUNDS PAID INTO THE REGISTRY OF COURT

Before the Court in the above-styled cause of action is the parties' Joint Motion for Entry of Settlement and for Disbursement of Funds Paid into the Registry of Court [#23]. The Court held a conference in this case on October 30, 2019, at which the parties confirmed the settlement of all claims in this action and requested the Court approve the settlement. The Court granted the motion [#25]. The parties thereafter filed this amended order to conform with the requirements of the United States District Court Clerk. Accordingly,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, as soon as the business of the office allows, the United States District Court Clerk shall close the account invested in the Court Registry Investment System (CRIS) representing monies heretofore deposited under this cause number.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Clerk release said monies to the payee(s) named below. All principal plus accrued interest shall be paid to the following individuals in the amounts indicated:

• Defendant Ramona De Hoyos' attorney of record, Jeremy Gilbreath of the Gilbreath Law Firm, in the amount of $10,000.00. • Defendant Jeanene Bahamonde's attorney of record, Brett T. Reynolds of Brett Reynolds & Associates, in the amount of the remaining principal and interest.

IT IS FINALLY ORDERED that the payee(s) submit their tax identification number to the attention of the Clerk, United States District Court, financial deputy within ten (10) days from entry of this Order and before the check is released to the payee(s).
