ORDER GRANTING STIPULATED MOTION TO AMEND SCHEDULING ORDER
R. KIMBALL MOSIER, Bankruptcy Judge.
The Court having reviewed the Stipulated Motion to Amend Scheduling Order (the "Stipulated Motion"), and for good cause appearing,
IT IS HERBY ORDERED THAT:
A. The Stipulated Motion is GRANTED, and the following deadlines shall govern questions of fact and law that are not covered by the Consolidation Orders (2:11-mp-8006, Dkt. No. 5; 2:11-mp-8005, Dkt. No. 1) and will not be resolved by the consolidated hearing and trial;
B. The deadline for filing dispositive or potentially dispositive motions is extended to May 15, 2013.
C. The attorneys shall hold their conference at the office of the plaintiff on July 16, 2013.
D. The parties shall file an amended proposed pretrial order on or before July 30, 2013.
E. A final pretrial conference shall be held on August 20, 2013 at 2:00 PM before the Honorable R. Kimball Mosier, United States Bankruptcy Judge, in room 369, Frank E. Moss United States Courthouse, 350 South Main Street, Salt Lake City, Utah.
F. The former Order Governing Scheduling and Preliminary Matters shall remain in full force and effect in all other respects.
