ORDER APPROVING TRUSTEE'S FINAL REPORT AND ALLOWING APPLICATIONS FOR COMPENSATION
The Trustee filed a Final Report and Applications for Compensation which have been reviewed by the United States Trustee. Notice of the Trustee's Final Report and notice of hearing has been given, if applicable, to all creditors and parties in interest and the Court has considered the Trustee's Final Report and Applications for Compensation. The Court found that the Trustee has complied with all noticing and hearing requirements necessary to proceed with his final disbursement.
THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS that:
1. The Trustee's Final Report is APPROVED; and
2. The Trustee's Application for Compensation is ALLOWED as prayed in the amount of $1,116.00 for Trustee compensation and $625.00 for reimbursement of paraprofessional expenses for a total of $1,741.00; and
3. The Application for Compensation of Trustee's Attorneys, Durham Jones & Pinegar, is ALLOWED as prayed in the amount of $16,270.00 for fees and $833.25 for expenses for a total of $17,103.25; and
4. The Application for Compensation of Trustee's Accountant, Piercy Bowler Taylor & Kern, is ALLOWED as prayed in the amount of $1,619.50 for fees and $46.50 for expenses for a total of $1,666.00; and
5. The Trustee will pay the administrative claims on a pro-rata basis from the available funds in the estate as outlined in the Notice of Trustee's Final Report.
