Defendants U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee for Lehman XS Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-2N, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., and Nationstar Mortgage, LLC ("Nationstar Defendants"), and Plaintiffs Paul J. and Lin O.
