IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between Plaintiff Stephanie Lloyd-Agnew and Defendant The Boeing Company (the "Parties") as follows: the Parties agree pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 41(a)(1) that this action and all of the claims set forth therein shall be dismissed with prejudice. PROPOSED ORDER
