STIPULATION FOR AND ORDER AMENDING INITIAL SCHEDULING DATES
THOMAS S. ZILLY, District Judge.
Whereas, the Court issued its Order Regarding Initial Disclosures, Joint Status Report, and Early Settlement (Dkt. No. 19) on February 28, 2018, which set forth the following Initial Scheduling Dates:
Deadline for FRCP 26(f) Conference 04/16/2018
Initial Disclosures Pursuant to FRCP 04/30/2018
26(a)(1)
Combined Joint Status Report and 04/30/2018
Discovery Plan as Required by FRCP
26(f) and Local Civil Rule 26(f)
Whereas, the Court issued Minute Order (Dkt. No. 68) on April 4, 2018, which, amongst other things, extended the deadline to confer under Fed. R. Civ. P. 26(f) from April 16, 2018 to May 3, 2018, with all other deadlines remaining the same;
Whereas, the parties require additional time and therefore are in agreement that the deadlines for: (i) the service of initial disclosures and (ii) the filing of the combined joint status report and discovery plan should be extended to May 17, 2018, following the Rule 26(f) conference and the hearing on the pending motions, the Parties respectfully request an Order that provides for the following deadlines:
