ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION

BEFORE THE COURT is the Report and Recommendation issued by Magistrate Judge Mary K. Dimke on October 12, 2018, ECF No. 20, recommending Plaintiff Donald H.'s1 Motion for Summary Judgment, ECF No. 17, be denied and Defendant Commissioner of Social Security's Motion, ECF No. 18, be granted. After reviewing the Report and Recommendation and relevant authorities, the Court finds the Magistrate Judge's findings are correct. Therefore, the Court adopts the Report and Recommendation in its entirety.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
