IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Plaintiff is awarded $5,603.04 in attorney fees pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28. U.S.C. § 2412 and $123.47 in costs pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1920. If the U.S. Department of the Treasury determines that Plaintiff's EAJA fees are not subject to any offset allowed under the Treasury Offset Program, as discussed in Astrue v.
