ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION

BEFORE THE COURT is the Report and Recommendation issued by Magistrate Judge Mary K. Dimke on March 21, 2019, ECF No. 17, recommending that Plaintiff Lonnie P.'s1 Motion for Summary Judgment, ECF No. 14, be denied and that Defendant Commissioner of Social Security's Motion, ECF No. 15, be granted. No objection was filed.
After reviewing the Report and Recommendation and relevant authorities, the Court finds the Magistrate Judge's findings are correct. Therefore, the Court adopts the Report and Recommendation in its entirety.
Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
1. The Report and Recommendation, ECF No. 17, is ADOPTED in its entirety.
