THIS MATTER comes before the Court on the parties Stipulation and Order for Dismissal with Prejudice as to Defendants NewRez, LLC, fka New Penn Financial, LLC, dba Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing (hereinafter "Shellpoint"), and the Bank of New York Mellon, fka the Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-OC1, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-OC1 (hereinafter "BNYM"), docket no. 36. The parties' stipulation is GRANTED, and Defendants Shellpoint1 and BNYM are dismissed with prejudice. The parties shall bear their own attorney's fees and costs.
